Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rawanix Passenger app, Driver app, and related platform (together, the "Service"), operated by Rawanix ("Rawanix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

2. The Service We Provide

Rawanix operates a technology platform that connects passengers seeking rides with independent drivers, through the Passenger app, Driver app, and supporting Admin platform. Rawanix does not itself provide transportation services — rides are provided by drivers using the platform.

3. Passenger Terms

• Fare estimates are shown before booking; final fares are calculated based on the actual ride.
• Payment is made through your Rawanix wallet, subject to the wallet's own balance and transaction rules.
• You agree to treat drivers respectfully and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Driver Terms

• Drivers must complete identity and vehicle verification before accepting rides, and must keep their documents current and accurate.
• Drivers are independent and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations relevant to providing transportation services.
• Earnings are tracked and settled through the driver's digital wallet.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, safety concerns, or as required to keep the platform safe and reliable for all users.

6. Safety

The Service includes safety features such as live ride tracking and an in-app SOS option. These features are provided to support your safety and do not replace your own judgment or, where appropriate, contacting local emergency services directly.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rawanix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Rides are provided by independent drivers, and Rawanix's role is to operate the platform connecting passengers and drivers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
