This Privacy Policy explains how Rawanix ("Rawanix", "we", "us") handles information across the Rawanix Passenger app, Driver app, and the Admin platform that supports them (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

We collect information needed to provide safe, reliable rides:

• Account information — your phone number, and, where you provide it, your name and email address.
• Location information — your device's location while using ride-related features, so we can match you with nearby drivers or passengers, calculate routes and fares, and enable live ride tracking.
• Ride and payment information — ride history, fare details, and wallet transaction records.
• Driver verification information — for drivers, identity and vehicle documents, and photos submitted for verification purposes.
• Communications — messages you send us directly (for example, by email or WhatsApp) or through in-app support and safety features.
• Device and usage information — basic technical information such as app version and device type, used to keep the Service working correctly.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including ride booking, matching, tracking, and dispatch.
• Verify driver identity and vehicle details before allowing a driver to accept rides.
• Process wallet transactions and maintain accurate ride and payment records.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Respond to emergencies raised through the in-app SOS option.
• Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Service.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, including:

• Between passengers and drivers as needed to complete a ride — for example, sharing a driver's name, vehicle, and live location with the passenger they are matched with, and vice versa.
• With service providers who help us operate the platform, such as our cloud hosting and communications providers, under obligations to protect your information.
• Where required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, as described below.

5. Your Choices

You can control certain information directly within the app, such as ride confirmation preferences. You may also contact us at any time to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by adults capable of entering into a ride agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
